Refund policy
Return Period
30 days return period. That means customers have 30 days to receive your product to request a return.
Return Instructions
- Return notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@rynnos.com with your order number and a detailed reason for return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return label without cost.
Packaging and shipping
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Please include the Return Authorization Form and any required supporting documents or images.
- Download and print the return label via the link in our email.
Restocking fee
No restocking fee
NOTE: Customer no need to bear Return costs.
RYNNOS will bear the return cost for both; defective and non-defective products.
Specific return and refund conditions
- Returns due to reservations: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately for instructions. RYNNOS will pay for the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement product or a refund.
- Damaged goods: If the product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, pay the return shipping costs.
- Received the wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will ensure you receive the correct product.
- Product never arrived: If your product never arrived, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the carrier. If the product is not found, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
- Cancellation after order: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
Damaged or Defective Goods Policy
Upon receipt of damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. Please send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if permitted, send you a replacement or refund your full purchase price.
Exchange Policy
If you change your mind, you can return the undamaged and unused product within 30 days. Make sure it is in its original packaging.
Timescales
- Refund Period: Once the return is authorised, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method.
